Does anyone have experience with buying properties in Montreal? I noticed many new high rises are erecting in/near downtown Montreal and heard stories of people camping out to get a piece of the pie. From what my friends/relatives are telling me, prices continue to climb over the past few years. Any thoughts/advice on purchasing investment properties there?
