Hi! A friend of mine is about to buy a property in Loughton, London in a few months time. What do you think what are the main benefits and downsides of this area. I have been several times there and I can say it is rather a calm area, no immigrants but in my opinion the downside is it is quite far away from the centre and if you are working there becomes a little bit expensive to travel.
