Buyers' market?

I am thinking of buying a property in Dalyan with a budget of £30k. Is it a buyers' market there? Are prices falling? Will I get a bargain? What can I get for my money? Thanks guys.

It is very much a buyer's market and has been for several years, particularly in Dalyan. A lot of speculative new build was thrown up several years ago, and at one time there seemed to be more estate agents than bars in the town !. You need to get over there if you want a good property at a god price; it can't be done from a distance.
