Hi Jorgio,

Actually even I saw this offer on the sale section in totallyproperty.com and had asked for details from user fcrs (mansoor/sameer),however I dint get a response from them.

I personally feel this is a very good deal but the price point could be a bit lower maybe around 1300-1400, anyway just keep a check on whether even the first 5% should go to the escrow and whether escrow approval and trust account etc are there existing etc, the usually precautionary due deligence.

If you dont mind me asking at what price are the individual units available at?
