Recent amendments to the Commercial Register Act requires re-registration of all commercial companies on the territory of Bulgaria.

Bulgarian companies have to comply with the commercial register act (electronic commercial register). The time period for re registering your Bulgarian company expires end of year 2010.

In fact it expires at the end of 2010 not March 2010.

As of today there are 267 days left but it is not good to wait for the last moment.
