Could you expand on your post a little, anyone viewing this forum has some interest in the Bulgarian property market or Bulgaria. What do you want to invest in - old rural property or new build? Why - rental, holiday home, permanent home, 'sit on and wait' property? What is your budget? Any idea of area - coast, countryside, near mountains, lakes, close to town or city......
