Building costs in Fez

Hi guys

Does anyone know what the average building costs are in Fez, for either residentual or hotel constructions, or both! Not including land costs if possible.

Ideally somewhere aound the Gardens of Fedala

Also any other costs suh as roads, water, electricity, sewerage, landscaping would be a great help.

Any input would be much appreciated.
