While there's no doubt that property investment around the world is still very popular, you do need to be careful about how you secure and how you raise investment funds. There will be occasions where properties are available at what you deem to be attractive prices but you need to be sure that you are not stretching your finances to the limit.
If, for whatever reason, you are forced to liquidate part or all of your property portfolio in a relatively short period of time it is unlikely you will receive "market value". Sometimes it is best to take your time, to maintain strong finances and give yourself something to fall back upon.
