Best way to sell in International City

Would welcome feedback.. I find most agents in Dubai are apathetic and to honest, haven't a clue to trust.

There is a company called Openshore who are willing to buy it and sell if as an investment package.. is this what is happening in Dubai for most properties now?

CBD has many buildings by private developers and prices vary accordingly. It would be easier to give an idea if you tell the buildings name.

Thats probably the best building in IC. Should sell for around 550k-600k.
