Be Careful!!!

I just wanted to post some advice to anyone looking to buy in Bulgaria.

I have visited Bulgaria several times and have been dealing with a company called bulgarianrealestate who are based in Burgas.

Their registered address is 18 Gurko Street, Burgas.

Well I have given them over 9000 Euro for a property that I wanted to buy, I thought that I had investigated properly, but I was too trusting of this company.

I have a solicitor, but there is not much hope of getting my money back.

There seems to be no redress through the 'legal system', so please be warned get a solicitor to check any documents and do not sign a Errand agreement, it is not worth the paper it is written on.

I still want to live in Bulgaria, and i am trying to work as many hours as I can.

Please please be careful...

There are lots of properties on the market from private sellers ...at this times you shouldn't go with a real estate company . If you know what you are looking for can point you to the right direction.
