Bay central by select

hi all
i have 2 properties with select group one of them is bay central in dubai marina i made payment 4 months ago no stamped recept is been given they keep sending recept without stamped
is any body else having same problem as me?

they have given stamped recept for other property long ago
but on bay central i made many request but they keep sending without stamped .
your help is appreciated
