Trying to decide if i should make this Sept payment or sell it off before...

well its a 2-bed... So i've seen premiums for this type ranging from as low as 15% to around 23%...
With the market being slow right now, its not the easiest sell at 20+ %....

I'm quite sure thats a 2 bedroom..
I have the exact same specifications for mine which is from phase 1 as well... but mine's a 2 beddie.
