Average property prices and sales falling in France

Nationally property prices in France have fallen, sales are also down but there is considerable regional variation, according to figures from notaires and estate agents. We are in the Dordogne...and are looking at selling our property for 100k under what we paid 3 years ago....so we have lost a fifth of the value...added to that...the Euro was almost equal to the pound then, so we have lost another great chunk with exchange rates....not happy!
