Would anyone who is concerned or unhappy about any of the following issues please contact me by email on gmfca at hotmail dot com without delay?
1. Paying for a parking space.
2. Paying an unscheduled Administration Charge to register an apartment that is not covered in the contract.
3. Any late payment penalies that Aber is trying to levy.
4. Any late delivery charges that Aber is proposing not to pay.
Legal advice already taken indicates that all or any of these can be dealt with effectively, but colective action is needed. Please contact me as soon as you can to dicsuss the matter in strictest confidence.
