Hi has anyone bought on the Armada Towers in JLT? It is causing me concern how long it is taking to get the BCC cert. any feedback would be most welcome

I have been cheated by Armada Group. i booked a two bedroom flat which was confirmed by email but at the time of possession i had only been given one bedroom flat, they are also charging exhorbitant service charge and management fees.
