Plus, now that the panic caused by post-Brexit uncertainty is settling, investors are doing what they do best... investing in more property.

Surely as property prices continue to rise, out of the reach of many first-time buyers, more and more people will be forced to look towards the rental market. This then push prices higher and we have the makings of a vicious circle?
