Is any one actually thinking of buying a NEW property in UAE.
By new I refer to any property off plans, or those that are not connected to the services, and actually have the infrastructure in place.
The research indicates prices are still falling, in UAE, and with the glut of almost developments there must be more dubious sales persons out there.
