Are there any opportunities in the Northern Ireland property market?

I think they will be massive change across Northern Ireland in the next few years. The clamour to reunite Ireland continues but I very much doubt the UK will ever give up Northern Ireland. After all, it is part of the United Kingdom. So, in this period of confusion and concern, are there any buying opportunities in the Northern Ireland property market?
