no good news in Cyprus I am afraid.

That is certainly the case where certain developers are concerned but there are plenty of good small developers who are very trustworthy and do a very good job.
You just need to know who to steer clear of.
I know you have had a very experience with your developers but please do not tar everyone with the same brush as the bad boys.

evgeny, I beleive you asked about Arcadia village?
I think this project is not by the same developer as Arcadia gardens.
I believe it may be a Cosmo development.
