Appreciating Assets - anyone using them to sell

I've been using Appreciating Assets for almost a year now to try and sell my apartments in Sunny Beach with not one other. They offer
a monthly payment fee so at the beginning it doesn't sound much but now it's mounting up. Recently I tried contacting them on a number
of different email addresses and different phone numbers including their UK office where someone answered the phone then promptly put it down.
At the beginning they were very helpful and answered all my questions but not sure if they are still operating???
I've seen the odd post about them but nothing really bad and nothing really good, the good comments did look a bit odd as you never know if
they are real clients or just someone upping their company for obvious reasons.
Just wondering if anyone else is using them and has managed to contact them recently also whether anyone has actually SOLD an apartment via them

Why on Earth would anyone pay a monthly fee to an agent to sell their property?
Do you really think they will make an effort to sell it risking losing that monthly fee?
Any good agent would never ask for money up front.
My advice is kick them into touch before you throw more good money after bad and get a proper agent.

thanks, yes, that's exactly what I'm thinking, I don't tend to pay up front fees but this company had a good reputation, guess they were banking on people like me for this,,,:-(
