apartment in briancon

Hello,

I am currently looking into buying an apartment at briancon in france. Has anyone ever bought a house in this area and how do i go about it. Are house values in this region still holding there market value? is it a bit to soon to purchase.

Do you have to live in the house for a certain period each year in order to purchase a house in briancon or can it just be used as a holiday home.
