Has anyone received notiifcation of the land registry documents being filed following the payment of stamp duty?

Has anyone seen a copy of or been informed by your solicitor that your property Title Deeds have been filed with Land registry.

Are you covering your mortgage payments with rentals? If so who are you using to list the property?

Is the site being maintained and cleaned?
