I am seeking investors interested in investing in residential developments in Ireland.
There are opportunities available for both small and large investors.
At the moment, I am looking at 3 small sites (suitable for 2-5 units on each) and 2 larger sites (30+ units). There are other locations which I am also currently researching.
For example.. An investment of 50,000 euro should produce a return of 150,000 plus, with an investment term of 18 months depending on the size and location of the site.
All investments will be secured against the properties in question in Ireland.
