Just wondering if any forum members have recenlty brought in NZ and have any comments??
I have recently purchased a property in NZ. There are some great deals to be found and it was relatively easy compared to other countries.
My first property I brought was in the captial city of Wellington, this city is very small but people there are very friendly.
The market at the moment is at a point where it may slow down.
The stratergy I used for the first property was a flip.
The average price for property is around the $272,000 (USD) figure.
There are currently no capital gains tax in this country, which is great!
What are your comments?
