Anyone buying in Greece?

I love Greece and often think of moving/living/buying there. I did live and work in Crete for a year.

I can't seem to find any details on here yet I know there are a lot of areas which are full of expats like Corfu and the Peloponese, any reason why there isn't a section for Greece?

I actually live in Crete, work as a salesman/promoter for various construction
companies, The market has risen a lot in recent years and is now consolidating,
you can choose among 100's of new properties offered,

My advice is to only consider new and certified properties, we sell old and
for renovation too but the cost is not worth it,

average annual growth is 9% and finance is available in a variety of currencies,
