Any demand for Concorde Towers

Is there any demand for either selling or renting in Concorde Towers.

Its for a one bed with study, unfurnished 815 sq feet. Can anyone recommend an agent?

This is my sister in laws and she has just emailed to say that the size is wrong.
It is apartment 8, floor 5 habitable area 1174 sqft balcony area 256 sqft total area 1430 sq ft.

Please any help. A good reliable agent coming recommended would be useful, buy or let.

That is very good location in Dubai but some check a Locaion and service then got that flat..............
