Something is not right here with high rise properties
not of their so called approved project is built
Their mazaya office is empty except for two employees who have not been paid in ages .
The owner Hakim Altayer is no where to be found , no matter how many times u call him or send him emails or ask for him in his office. It is a one man show now and that is the accountant there .
They owe creditors millions in bounced cheques .

WHO SHOULD I GO TO TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE ?

Information about High Rise Properties

Approached Land Department to enquire about High Rise Properties LLC. As per their information the projects of any developer which could not commence construction in Dubai for any reason are under Committee Review. This includes High Rise Properties LLC projects as well.

All plots of High Rise Properties LLC project Waves, Heights- Golden & Silver, Dorna, Rotating and Orchid Residences are now fully paid up and covered under the Escrow. As per information, It will take some time to finalize the matter by the Committee.
