Al Reef - Sit Or Flip?

Hi would be interested to hear your opinions on this. I am holding a 3br contemporary and considering whether to sell a little after Cityscape (now that display villas are ready) or to hold for a bit longer yet.

I also have 2BR Mediterranean villa and I'm holding it till after Cityscape.. at the same time I'm interested in buying something from Cityscape. I heard that Sorouh is going to launch a project in Al Reem Island.

So tell me where are you thinking to invest after selling it?
