can any one help me to find this type of property
but max i like to pay AED2200 per sq ft with good devaloper

I have 2 Bedroom in Madinat AL Arab Dubai Waterfront but payment plan is excellent, 30% during construction and 70% on completion, and my dear friend in the lunch you can't get the units developers selling only the floors, i have some units with me in a very low premium, Dubai Waterfront market going high day by day, i have units in District C, which is very hot, Nakheel Launching 2nd Tallest tower in the same place and so many other developments which is launched in 4300 omniyat, and waterfront property will touch 5000 per, the units which i have 70% on completion, when this project will ready you can sell your property in, double price easily, you will never fail in this payment plan.
