Can you please provide guidance....
I purchased an off-plan flat in Ajman on a 5 year interest free escrow plan.
The buildings construction was suspended like many other projects.
I stopped my payments going into the escrow account.
I have not had any communication from the providers of the building what so ever.
What can I do? What options are available to me? Please provide a response.
