Ajman/Dubai Property Completion in 2009?

Me and my wife are moving out to dubai near the end of the year, Can someone help and tell me if any projects in Ajman will be completed in 2009?

I am looking to but with a mortgage so if anyone can help that will be great.

Also is there a website i can look at for resale properties?
