Agents in Leipzig

Hi All,a couple of years ago I bought a a block of flats in Leipzig. Unfortunately I had a few problems with the agent( they fabricated tenants and expenses) so I had to hire a solicitor who suggested another agent who is not good either... (I had to change solicitor as well). Anybody with agent problems in Leipzig? Do you know of anybody that is good? To be honest I found the standards unbelievably low and I am very reluctant to invest in Germany again. Any ideas please?

Other than problems with agents, what problems did you have investing in Germany? I have been interested in buying an apartment building in Germany. There are supposedly many reliable property management companies available. When you mention low standards, what are you referring to in particular?

Leipzig is not really attractive - would sell those apartments ASAP.
