Advice re: The Villa project

Our villa is in the Ponderosa area and backs onto the water feature - it's a Mallorca - and we have been told that completion may be end March 09.

I was wondering if an astute Dubai resident who has visited the site recently could hazard a guess if this is a realistic response from Dubai Properties?

Do you think they will make Mar 09?
