But also try www.upad.co.uk
www.spareroom.co.uk

Also Gumtree is sometimes a good place (although we find tenant quality a bit lower on here)

social media is a good place to post as well, facebook has lots of propertys posted on there so that may be a good place

Some social media and a couple of decent real estate agents

I would tend to go for the big property companies as they have the greatest exposure. Dont waste your money of small players that have limited exposure.
