I want to work as a go-between to sell some properties for friends in Sudan and possibly Jordan to people in the US, but want to make sure that everything is done 100% legally for tax purposes and so on. what is the best way to do this? am i able to simply bill the seller for my service and report it as independent contracting? I don't know if this is the right place to ask or not, but any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
