Hi All,
I have been directed to this forum through a close friend of mine in Dubai.
I am currently looking to move to Dubai in the next 3-6 months, and need a 2 bed +Maids in wither JLT or Marina.. IDeally my budget would be approx £200,000 or DH1.5M can any of you please advise on what would be available?
alternatively i can also buy something off plan (ideally a villa) which i have seen for approx 2m in Jumeirah Village South - Desert Rose villas..they seem a good investment to me...
Any advice and help will be much appreciated, i have lived in Dubai about 7-8 years ago, but recently have been there every month! Really need to stop staying in hotels..
