1 BR apartment needed in IC

I'm moving to dubai in a couple of days and I'm looking for a 1 BR apartment in IC.

The exact location in IC doesn't matter...

I want to understand what kind of rent will I expect to pay .. and to whom should I talk..

Expect an annual rent for 1 bed in IC --AED 75k-80k/yr. 2-3 cheques. Plus 5% refundable deposit+ agency fees. Contact real estate companies they can help you.
