Thanks for your post , I suspect the management co. will make rules as to what you can or can`t do in the gardens. Mine I think is only about twelve sq meters so there is not a lot of room to do much. However it is nice to have the option. I assume they will cut the grass regularly we will see. Nice to here from a soon to be neighbour.

I too have bought apartment on the ground floor with a garden. I like flowers. You know something about the device of gardens in this project? Already there is plan of placing of flowers and trees or it will appear after the building termination? Who will be engaged in it?

If a client bought a ground floor unit; he would have the right to have a garden and he/she can plant any kind of plants, trees or flowers he wants.
But NO construction ; he can make a fence not more than 90 C.M - if you want longer you can plant trees around -

I guess it cannot be different colours for buildings in the same project.
