The Australian authorities recently instigated an enquiry into the Australian real estate market amid concerns that the general public were being priced out of the market due to affordability issues. This is the crux of the problem with regards to first-time buyers unable to climb aboard the property ladder, the fact that income does not seem to be keeping track with rising property prices in Australia’s capital cities.
